Week 5

Hi everyone!

I was able to conduct my first round of experiments this week. I received the results today thanks to Josh and they came out as I expected which is a great relief. I will be conducting a second round of experiments next week in order to adjust some steps from round one and obtain some confirmatory results. I’ve attached a photo of some of the supplies that were used during my experimentation below. Not much had to be used since I indent each finger pad onto the agar but the swabs are used for in between each finger crevice. Next week's photo will include some plates and colonies!
